Hi guys,
We are 2 weeks away from our next race up north with our friends at Shasta Kart Club. This is ALWAYS a fun time both on and off the track. Great track, excellent place for overnight camping. Sadly no drag racing the weekend we are there, so we'll have to make our own entertainment on Saturday night.
Who's in ? (I am for sure !!)

I have a 8:30 baseball game Saturday. I will try to get to Redding for practice in the afternoon. If you don't see my, I am not there.  If I don't make it Saturday night I am 99% sure I will arrive and drive. I understand Dan has those fancy prepared karts with the WF's all stacked and ready to go to entice the new racers. For me every race is "new".  |

My plan is to leave home at 8am Jeff. I think it's about a 4 hour drive from here (maybe a bit longer with a food break).

Soonest I would be there is around 3-5pm, if I make it there at all on Saturday. My son has an 8:30 am game.

That's because I keep my eyes closed most of the time. Being closed I don't have to watch my stupid driving lines that somehow work.
If I show up 5 minutes before registration closes will you mount my tires? Alternatively, I can run the MG Reds that are used and abused.

I don't know what the $5 is for so don't worry about it. I don't know if I am going to make it. A couple of things are interfering in my travel plans. Laste baseball game completion. I got the tires and everything (except gearing that does not take long) completed. I have a work project that is due Monday morning that I am struggling to finish as it is a unique legal issue. I am going to head to work tonight to try and hammer that out. If I make it I will have to drive there in the morning. What time is registration close? Or if I show up late, will you turn me away?  |

Did not finish my work. Son not feeling good last night. Ended up going to the doctor today. Sorry I missed.
