Ok, so we are about 2 1/2 weeks out from the A-water GR race. Who's planning on making the race? When are you going? Where are you staying? Who is buying the beer Saturday night? ;D
Personally, I'm looking at heading down there by 7am on Saturday (hopefully...depends on whether Paulski comes down and how much beer we drink in my garage the night before lol) so I can be there by 10ish. Going to practice all day, quick maintenance of my kart, get my camp setup at the track, install lampshade and then have some fun!

John was talking about getting a motel room. Old Daddy Clone 8-)wants to have some fun. ;D What ever the case , We will be there.

I'll be there around the same time as the Dufloths. I am camping in my truck unless Puddles is bringing the camper.

I'm on the fence. Having raced last weekend, will be racing Dixon this weekend, I might pass on the At.water race. Funds will be running low but that time, and if I go, Daniel will want to go too. Liek I say, on the fence.

Does everyone plan on doing practice the day before the race ?

Does everyone plan on doing practice the day before the race ? That's mostly the point of going on Saturday, especialy since none of us have ever run that track before.

It would be great to see all the Box Stock Clone Drivers at the next Gold Rush Race in At.water. Our goal is to make all four Gold Rush Series Races and any club races we are invited to. We can not make the next Dixon Club Race that is coming up. But We do have plans on making the Dixon Club Night race. We made some changes with family vacations so that we could race. After meeting and talking with some guys from At.Water I think this is going to be a fun race for all of the four cycle guys. I feel in order to make this BSC class work, we must make showings with our clones at all the track this year and then maybe next year we will have more drivers with clones and the tracks might offer more also. I'm just putting this out so that others might know my way of thinking and what our plans are. So to wrap things up we have one race down and three to go in the Gold Rush Series. We would like to make allot of the club races also during this time.

I'll be heading up bright and early Sunday morning. I dusted off the old WF-390 set-up from the Nats a couple years back and well see how it works out.

I have had a bunch of things pile up and get between me and my racing program, so A-Water is off my schedule now. If I can find some time I might sneak down there and watch you guys run, but no promises there. Have fun everyone!

Oh man that sucks Brad. We'll miss ya.... Anything we can help with? Starting to look like there will be more WFs on the track than F200s for the first time. Pit spots-I usually try and snag pits spots for anyone who wants one. A-water is going to be a different ballgame however given their limited number of spots. However, when I get their tomorrow morning I'm going to try and snag one of their big spots (designed more for RVs I think) since I will be "camping" at the track. I hope that once I move my truck and trailer out of the way there will be enough room for 3-4 of us to pit. Maybe if Scott and Duffy do the same there will almost be enough room for all of us.
