While it was illegal to mill the block or head with this years rules many had figured out how to do it so that the finish looked identical to the factory finish from China.

if you want to duplicate the factory finish with a single point flycutter, make a spring pass at your final height at 1300 rpm and 40ipm (inches per minute) at it looks identical to the original
