OK, My (free) legal advisor found the "out". The answer lies within the rules. I can't say what it is, because Brad #9 will just edit the rules to his liking before the court convenes on Saturday. I'm ready! Are you questioning my integrity sir? I'm shocked and offended. Where the heck did I put them dang dueling pistols! I would never do such a thing. What you have to keep in mind, however, is that like the constitution of the great United States, the NFRA handbook is a living document subject to an ongoing process of interpretation. I have the utmost confidence in the wisdom of the members of the court to not only adjudicate the matters before them in court but to also be able to clarify the letter and intent of all statues on the fly during normal court sessions. Any changes/clarifications/additions etc. agreed upon will be duly updated in the KK section. Well, subject to possible reinterpretation, of course. (did I say that last part out loud?)
