Did you ever get in touch with Terry? Are you going to have a motor?

I left a message for him and am waiting for a call back. Do you have any idea how many WF's are going to be racing at the track?

I'm not sure exactly. The lowest number I've ever seen is 5 with the most being nearly 20. The wild card is whether people will be willing to plunk down the cash for a rain/shine event with no refunds or credit towards future races. The flip side is it is LAGUNA SECA and it is been years since karts were allowed to race there and no telling when it will happen again.
If you can't get a motor from Terry you can borrow one of mine.

I'm going to have to skip this one, which is a shame. I looked at my bank account and pile of post Christmas bills and there is no way this is happening for me.

A LOTTA WF's... on the start the WF's had enough torque to get by the buzzing KT's... which made for a few interesting laps. There was one racer who spoiled the KT race a bit (i have three incidents caught on camera with this driver, me not involved) I got 2nd in the first heat... and was leading the main until it came to a brutal end in turn 11. ROAD RACING IS AMAZING!!!. I suggest everyone try it this season... it looks like i am going to be running NCK this year as i had such a fun time.

I can guess who the "spoiler" was without mentioning any other dexcription of him We all give him an extra 30 feet of room whenever possible.

I can guess who the "spoiler" was without mentioning any other dexcription of him We all give him an extra 30 feet of room whenever possible. My guess would be the #13. He drives like an idiot. Congrats on your finishes Sean, especially for your first road race. As you have learned, in road racing it all comes down to keeping up with the pack for 95% of the race and then positioning yourself for the end. As you found out, you do NOT want to be leading going into the last turn. That's why I've always thought road racing is like running at Daytona or Talladega. The guy leading going into turn 3/4 on the final lap is usually the LEAST likely to win the race. So Corey, who was in a class of their own? Was it Chris/Brien etc. or was it the boys from Monterey?

The 13 is an older KT guy. As you know Corey, RRers in general are very competent and well mannered drivers given the stakes. The guy I'm talking about is the exception to the rule. Can't wait to see Sean's video....come on kid, get that stuff uploaded already. Us old farts wanna see! ;D
