And what did you do
You could have been having the time of your life at CORA! It's only a Saturday after noon and part of the evening, last Saturday I was finished by 7:30. Thanks for asking, I had alot of fun, but you know I'm gona keep digging on you people hoping you'll come out to find out just how much fun, (yes I said FUN) you had and why didn't I do this before now??
I can help you get started. It doesn't take trick stuff too go out and have some really cool racing. with four of you, you could be your own race group. talk about a level playing field!
You don't need to do
anything but bring your stuff out, and RACE.

Scoots, are you going to make PC this weekend? And if so, Robb, are you going to bring your F200 out so Scoots has someone to play with? I'll try and get in touch with Randy to see if he wants to race his F200 too.

After three win's in a row, I pulled a second place finish last Saterday nite. That was race #8 out of 14.
And yes, Joann and I will be camping at the track this weekend. I'll be bringing both Invaders with me......one to race and one too talk about.
Nice job of locking your brakes up and swaping ends in the hairpin @ Davis, Simon. I hope you've taken the free play out of that brake pedal and that will stop happining?? Clear as day in your vidio in slo-mo. Oh yea thats rite,---It's Ron,s fault. NOT!
Seems to me when you go in to hot or deep you go off pointing forward. When ya lock up the rears, you swap ends. And yes I do have a yellow shirt.

Yeppers, Scoots knows of what he speaks. I remember Scoots first race with the NFRA...seems like yesterday....[fade to dreamy camera filter, queue the harp music...)

Back in '07 or so Scoots joins us for a race at Davis. We'd never raced with him so he was kind of a unknown to us. In a scene eerily reminiscent of our last race, Scoots goes barreling into the hair pain. WAY too hot WAYYYY too deep. Instead of merely collecting one kart, he managed to collect pretty much anyone within the zip code. ;D

Needless to say the NFRA camp wasn't ahhhhh happy. Hehehe I remember Tim was so pissed I was really worried he was going to go off. Cooler heads prevailed and peace and calm was finally restored.

I do have to say, however, that had the Kangaroo court had jurisdiction at the time I'm fairly sure that Scoots would have been convicted of a DOUBLE MAJOR ITM, AND been sent to the kid kart class for a minimum of 2 races.

Avoid lock ups by taking out pedal slack eh ? I'll have to try that.

By the way... it's always Ron's fault, it's the new rule for 2012

Brad, I spun from second place because of a brake lock-up, stalled out facing backwards in the wall watching everyone drive by and than I watched 15 more laps from outside the hair pin. Thats the way I want to remember it. Do you have any vidio? Inquiring minds and all.
