Ohhhhhhh really? A 62?? Well, me thinks somebody is gonna be hearing the pitter-patter of their rev limiter for a LONNNNNG time. I took a look at the video you linked above. I've got to tell ya, to me at least that video doesn't do that track justice (looks like it was captured using a go pro with the 170 view). The straight is LOOONG. There is a little dogleg jog to the left about halfway down that looks like a turn in the video but it isn't much more than a twitch of the wheel. If you come onto the straight at near a dead stop a 62 might be OK. Otherwise, it will be blap blap blap by the time you get to the dogleg. One other thing the video doesn't show very well is the turn at the end of the straight. That turn is actually like turn 3 (bowl turn) at Dixon only about 3 times bigger. The banking makes it a real kick, especially going as fast as you are at the end of the straight. For those of you that have been to Atwater before, does it look like they repaved it since the last time we were there?

Anytime Brad! Remember too, that setup was based on YHC tires, running the WF @ 390#.
Of course all chassis are different, depending on everything from alxe stiffness to the softness of the seat, so there's no subsitute for testing!

I think overall our numbers will be down just a bit for this one. I know Scoots has a points race this weekend, Don is committed to the party that is know as Picnic Day in Davis, Ron's got LL, Brad has seat issues, and Scott is probably out of the country.
But there should be at least 5 of us! BTW, picking up the shirts tonight after work so I'll have your shirt(s) if you ordered one and will make the race.
