I am all over this tuning, testing, and practicing. It was awesome to do that at Davis. I think I will spend all day there Saturday, with multiple sets of tires, two engines, three clutches, and all my tools and parts to get the best combination. NOT!!!!!!!!!!! See you Sunday morning. Tires are still in the box.

Is anyone going to PC tomorrow for practice, or is everyone just showing up on Sunday ? I would like to practice but I'm still getting caught up with work and home chores. Hopefully I can at least run out there later today and save some spots.

Same here. Severity 1, customer down problem came up this morning, always a great way to start a weekend. Still hoping to get to the track by 2pm to park the trailer and run some laps.

Still hoping to get to the track by 2pm to park the trailer and run some laps. Even with a race just around the corner Simon is still sticking with his exercise program. Keep up with the running schedule.

Well done Scoots ! Ron won today in WF. Unbelievable that his kart lasted a 12 lap heat and 20 lap main without any mechanical failures at all !
John (Jon?) Ban ran an F200 and unsurprisingly whooped the WF field.

I think I should have stopped racing after the first Heat when I noticed my hand swelling from the yellow jacket sting that I got on Saturday. It is now swollen and really bothering me.

Ron- Sounds like the classroom was the track Sunday, and you schooled the boys. Congrats!

I thought I posted something after Dan did. Maybe I pressed delete rather than post. I'll try to remember what I typed. I didn't school anyone. Rich and Simon schooled me (educated me) in Davis to find out why I kept breaking my kart (other than my driving). That kept me together yesterdy. Rich schooled me in the Heat after I almost took him out in the parade lap (I forgot what side pole was on). Sorry Rich. Yeah yeah Brad be quiet. If I ever get pole again I want the number 2 person to go in front so I can just set up next to them. In the Main I almost schooled myself when I went toe-to-toe with Jon in his F200 racing to the snake pit (I thought it was Simon trying to take my lead away as they both have yellow karts.) I almost broke the rule of "don't brake until you see God, just don't meet him". I almost met him. I hope Rich has a video that shows me I really wasn't that close to meeting him, because it sure felt close. Rich schooled me in the Main as everytime I looked to me left behind me he was staring right at me. That's except for the time that I looked left and he snuck up on my right. I could hear him but could not see him. He scares me. ;D Brad schooled me all day with his sharp wit and constant comments. But thanks to all, not breaking was the best schooling I received. I now know what it is like to finish.

Ron, you just put into a paragraph, exactly why we all enjoy racing so much. Great people that are so helpful, they empower others with knowledge to be used against them! We'll consider your good fortune a 'bar-raising" event, now those in the circle will have to improve their game....everyone gets better!
Congrats to the fine folks that make up NFRA, true gentleman racing.

Hey Guys - Thanks for letting Jon Ban run with your group. It is always a pleasure to have the 4-strokes at PC and I hope you all return soon. Below is the link to Jon's video of the WF main at PC. We wanted to see what times the modified F200 could get on a race day. We are still in the testing stages with F200 builds. www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-pAvLPjMb8&feature=youtube_gdata
