Driver of the 9-Inciting Track Mayhem (ITM) Whatchu talk'n bout Willis?? Are you referring to the evasive driving maneuvers I (and everyone else) had to execute in order to miss you spinning yourself out in the hair pin on the OUT lap? If so, I feel pretty good about my chances. ;D

He doesn't even know what he did. I bet he is not even aware of the carnage that was left behind him.
FYI I found the problem that caused the spinouts. My expert will be in court to testify that I was not at fault.

I can't afford to replace broken parts, pay expert witnesses, and pay fines when the injustice of the judicial system we call a kangaroo court renders its decisions. Thus I elect to pay for parts and expert witnesses.

No. It was mechanical in nature and requires extensive expert witness testimony. A full investigation is underway.
