He doesn't even know what he did. I bet he is not even aware of the carnage that was left behind him.
FYI I found the problem that caused the spinouts. My expert will be in court to testify that I was not at fault.

I can't afford to replace broken parts, pay expert witnesses, and pay fines when the injustice of the judicial system we call a kangaroo court renders its decisions.  Thus I elect to pay for parts and expert witnesses.  |

No. It was mechanical in nature and requires extensive expert witness testimony. A full investigation is underway.
