OK we are only a couple of weeks away. We'd like to see if we can reserve a bunch of spots at the track but we need a head count.
My plan at this point is to get there mid afternoon on Friday. I will most likely do a quick session during the day just to get reacquainted with the track. Then do some testing once the sun goes down. I will be staying over night on Friday. Mostly because I don't want to put all my crap away in the dark, have a beer or two and THEN head home.
On Saturday I may or may not make a quick trip home and come back sometime mid afternoon. Either way I'll be spending Saturday night at the track as well.
What's everyone else planning?

My plan is to get there late Friday afternoon to set up pit and get some evening practice in.
50/50 if I will camp on Friday or Motel (I like a shower at some stage of the weekend).
Saturday night I will camp for sure.

I will need 1 pit spot just for the cooking gear, even though I am just bringing the small stuff.

Work will have me busy on Friday so, I'll be getting there sometime on Saturday. I need a pit spot. Do you know when they plan on starting as I also have a Saturday meeting to attend?

I am planning on practising Friday afternoon/evening. Not planning on camping either night, maybe Saturday night if the beer is good and I drink to excess!
I emailed the kart club last week about practise times Friday night, no response.

Any more takers for pits at the Dixon night race next week ?
I plan on calling Jessie on Monday to see if we can snag a bunch of NFRA pits together, so if you have not responded yet and need a spot, reply before Sunday evening, indicating your needs.
No guarantees we'll get pits together as I suspect it will be a very popular club race, but Jessie has always tried her best to accommodate us in the past so we'll see what she can do.

Does anyone know the scheduling (start times especially) for the Friday practice, and the Saturday Race?
