I don't have the manual in front of me but I think it is supposed to be a points race....having said that, it seems to me that IF there were a bunch of NFRAers racing and IF some sort of transgression was observed, it would be against the spirit of the Kangaroo Court to not bring charges. ;D

Thank God, I thought you might have video of my off the track racing Who needs video? We expect (and yes, count on) you to be racing off road at some point. Dixon, PC, Infineon, Reno, Redding, Stockton...did I miss any? ;D At least at Dixon you didn't skip any corners like you did at PC (Snake Pit). LOL Oh, and Simon, because I'm a little crunched for time at the moment, I'll deal with your completely unfounded accusations later on today!

It's almost like you had that orchestrated.

Well, since you weren't at the race I had a feeling something may be headed my way.... I am assuming the charges stem from the fact that my motor was smoking....a little. What you all may not know is the NFRA and the Solano county Vector Control District partnered up for a 2 race test. They wanted to see if it was possible to use a WF as a mosquito abatement device. I'm sorry if I couldn't share this before now but they felt it was of the utmost importance that the tests be performed in secret to ensure the results were not tainted. I spoke withe the SCVCD this morning and I am pleased to report the results of the tests. It was determined that yes, a WF COULD be used as an effective abatement device. There was not a single reported incidence of a mosquito bite by anyone in the NFRA or the larger control group in the pits. I would have to rate the tests as a complete success! Thanks for taking part....especially Rich. You see Rich was on off-pole while I was on the pole and at one point I THOUGHT I saw a mosquito flying around his helmet as we were about to roll out. I didn't want Rich to run the risk of contracting the West Nile virus so I popped my throttle a couple of times and I quickly dispatched that "skeeter". You are welcome Rich. Regarding these charges, I have to say that since I was doing a scientific experiment, at the behest of a local government agency no less, I should be granted some sort of waiver. If these charges ARE pursued I must warn you that they will be fought most vigorously. My friends at the SCFCD advised me that because the next court hearing will be out of state (and therefore out of their jurisdiction) they will not be able to attend. However, rest assured that I will be bringing signed affidavits, depositions, suppositions and some suppositories (hmmm not sure about that last one)!

Unless I missed it, with the hectic race day, we forgot to hold court. Implications?!

Yes, we agreed that we wanted to get home and would postpone KC until next race and find #9 guilty then.
... there has to be some additional charges from last weekend to add as well.
