I believe all charges have been noted and discussed...but one must look for them in the SWE recap. They have not yet been transfered to the appropriate thread. That's okay. The statute of limitations is at least as long as the 2013 season ;D

There HAS to be at least one charge. Remember, charges have to be filed before the next race!

^$%&$*^%(&%( That's why I kept saying "Ssshhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!" What are you complaining about? I was found NOT guilty of the charge brought against me so what is the big deal? I can't help it if YOU were guilty of Vicarious Mechanical Ineptitude (minor). At least you have company with Rich's guilty conviction for driving "crazy" (minor-taking out barriers, cones, and spinning brodies in the middle of the track) and Simon's MAJOR conviction for excessive speed and mayhem in the pits. Seems like everything is right with the world to me.....

Vicarious liability flows from the agent (end user) back to the owner, not the other way around. To misconstrue the facts so wildly, while innocent victims are facing confiscation of hard earned money in the wake of biased, vague, ambiguous, and unintelligible charges can not go on unchecked. There needs to be some clarity when charges are brought, not to be altered on the day the charges are presented in court at the whim of the Judge. What a minute........................., is NOT the driver of #47 supposed to be the Judge. He is the sitting president. I recommend a system for appeals and petitions for writs of mandate. I hearby submit an appeal of all charges and dispositions to Judge #47. I also submit a Petition for Writ of Mandate seeking an Order to summarily dismiss all charges and verdits as being contrary to the rules of the NFRA KC becase the presiding Judge, was not in fact the Judge. Sit down #9. ;D

It's time we applied some lean principles to streamline the process.
Due process: All individuals accused are found guilty.
Sentencing: Court will determine Major or Minor offense.
Fines: Per current structure up to total of $40 afterwhich the sentence will be suspended.
Bottom line: everyone chips in $40 towards awards/banquet.

Fines: Per current structure up to total of $40 afterwhich the sentence will be suspended. Bottom line: everyone chips in $40 towards awards/banquet. Nobody will like that because I am the King of the Kangaroo Court. I am just joking around, it's all fun, until someone gets hurt. Oh wait, I am always hurt. What about a rolling, scaled, or tiered payment per racer fro trophies (not KC). For example, assume a $200 trophy bill with 7 racers means $40 per racer is $320. That is to much, and KC fines typicall y do not add up that much as I can attest. For trophies using end of season points to determine amounts to be paid we can have the following: End of season points, 1-2 place capped at $30 each End of season points, 3-4 place, capped at $35 each End of season points, 5-6 place, capped at $25 each End of season points, 7-8 place, capped at $20 each End of season points, 9-10 place, capped at $15 each End of season points, 11-12 place, capped at $10 each If we have a 7 kart field at the end of the season that would be $35+$35+$30+$30+$25+$25+$20=$200.

Good ideas. And without the need for fines KC is further simplied. It becomes a chronicle of the mayhem that occurs over the course of a season.
