There website says to run a 16 57 to 62 but my problem is my kart wont let me go that high in the back maybe a 57 max right now I have 15-56 witch is close to a 16 -60 is this gonna make much of a difference for me?

I assume you are referencing the kart asphalt track and not the dirt track.
The difficulty at Atwater is balancing the need for bottom end for the twisty part of the track, and the need for top speed for the LOOONNNGGG straight. It is hard to say how much difference your selection will make without actually trying it
Now for Math. If their website states 16:57-62, and you only have a 15 driver, then your sprockets would be 53-58. A 56 will be right in the middle and a good starting point. But then you have to adjust from there. If you have a 14 driver then you would use around the 50-55 sprockets.

Don't forget to check what track they are running that day. If they race the small track you are going to need a 14 driver. I showed up once set up for the big track, we raced on the small track.
