Was wondering how much lead do you think I will need to make 360lbs in the clone class im about 195lbs

You might not need that much. You will have to scale your kart to find out how much it weighs.
I run the 390 World Formula (WF) class and weigh a little over 200 with all my equipment on. I add about 20 pounds to be at 395ish. Running a 360 class in World Formula I think I would be over the weight without any lead. However, I think the WF engine is heavier as it has a starter mounted on it, and a longer exhaust with brackets.
Best thing to do is get everything together and go to a track on a weekend to possibly scale it. Where are you located?

You should contact the Atwater kart track (about 10 minutes from Merced) to see if they will have the scale available on some weekend. Then take your kart their and scale it to know for sure. Atwater is having a swap meet and play day on February 1, 2014, so ask them if they will have the scale available.
