Wow. You and I are like...brothers or something. This weekends run at the track is a test for me coming back from my shoulder (labrum) surgery. I raced in Redding last August after being out of the kart for 2 1/2 years. The Redding race killed my shoulder so I've been seing the chiropractor and rehabbing since. Should be a good test tomorrow. See ya there.

Good luck with your test Paul. Fingers crossed your shoulder is good, it will be great if you are racing with us this year !
Same to you Mike. We have not met yet, you're a fellow Brit, yes ?

Bummer guys on the shoulders! Just a little trick on starting: Pull easily PAST top-dead-center (tdc) then, pull hard, it will spin easier. Also, always pressurize the fuel tank to fill the float bowl prior to starting it if the motor has sat for a while, or you know there's little fuel in the bowl.
Paul, it's been a while! Glad you're getting out tomorrow, have some fun. Work Brad over, but tell him to stay off the limiter (you too) on a practice day, I heard his builder is cranky about that stuff!

Simon - yes another Brit (Ipswich!!).
I blame my shoulder on the practice procedures at Infineon (of course it can't be MY fault right?!). Once the moto bikes were off the course and the karting school karts had taken their turn we got our little 10 minute slot and I was over-keen to just get out there. I've still got some punches left in the practice card there but feeling I need to switch to Dixon...

Any problems with the energy recovery system? Good to go for the enduro?

Excellent day out at the track on Sat. Well, except for the 250 vs clone incident. Please let it be known that Mike (warx) is now in possesion of a Yellow Shirt...I think we all know what that means.

Thanks for the welcome! I am sure I will realize the small-print of the shirt acceptance soon.
The 250 got a new $11 KG bar (yes, a kart part for under $100) and bumper popped out courtesy of someone at the track (don't know his name sorry). It's all good.
