Got a call from Jeff from the SKK yesterday regarding the upcoming road race at Thunderhill. Sounds like he has 3 drivers (maybe 4) coming down for the event. Anyone interested?? It is a Friday race so that may present a problem for some of you. I can ususally take Fridays off without a problem. I do have a new phone system going in near the end of the month and some of the implementation dates are a bit up in the air until I get a confirmed data circuit install date. ANYWAY, aside from that (and not actually having a motor to attach to my kart at the moment) I'm good to go! Anyone else?

At this point I think just me. That is assuming I have a motor by then and it doesn't rain...won't EVER run TH in the rain again.

You do have a motor that runs, actually two! As for the weather, guessing less cooperation in that department. I just picked up couple WF motors yesterday, so guys, how can we grow NFRA by making someone a deal on one? They're not blueprinted, but a good first-year motor for someone.

Hehehehhee I know I've got a couple of motors, but I don't have any motors down HERE yet.  I've done the bolt it on, wrench wrench wrench on race day before and I swore I'd never do that again!! |

I was going to go but with the weather the way it was I decided to go to work instead. Jeff and his Redding posse came down but after looking at the clouds decided to just eat breakfast in Willows and then went back north.

Do you mean other than the 5-30, 7-27 and 10-31 dates they have posted? Mr. Salami, just so you know, they have these new fangled things called Interwebs or Internets or something that have all kinds of stuff on'em. Maybe that stuff ain't made it to there yet??
