I have been in touch with the guys at Atwater and we're all good for camping overnight on Saturday as usual.
Atwater have dirt oval races on Saturday morning, so the asphalt track will not be open for practice until that racing has concluded and the asphalt cleaned up. Sean says that they usually have the asphalt track open for practice by 3pm, but this weekends dirt races might be a bit bigger than usual. The more people that help with the cleanup, the faster the asphalt will be open for practice, so if we can all pitch in and help with the switch over that would help everyone. The good news is all the sweeping will make us all extra thirsty for margaritas come the evening.
So, having said all that .... who's in ?
I am (for once) !
Brad, I'm assuming you will be there as we need to drive your Sequoia around with the parking brake on until it starts making strange vibrations and banging sounds. It's a tradition.

Yes, the Margarita Mobile will be there! Speaking of the MM, I'm going to put some new tires on it Saturday which may delay my arrival till 2-3. Paul, do you still need a clutch?

I'm in. Ron was nice enough to let me use his motor for one more race. Thanks Ron Plan on being there late morning sometime. Although would love to watch the dirt races so may go up early enough to do that

Gentlemen, it is my unfortunate duty to announce that I will not be attending this weekend. My father-in-law had a heart attack yesterday while in the hospital for another reason and we are leaving for Washington to be with him and support the family. It was my intention to attend, but family comes first. I hope you all have a great weekend and I will try to possibly make the November Sonoma event. By the way Brad, thanks for the clutch offer but Dan has my clutch in his trusty hands and repairs are under way. It seems a spring may have broken during the Dixon main event.

Oh so sorry to hear about your father in law Paul. I hope he gets better soon.
So did Ron get his motor back from Dan? Or will he not be racing? Speaking of motors, where the hell is your's Rich?

Really sorry to hear about you father-in-law Paul. I hope he makes a speedy recovery. At least he was close to medical help at the time, so that's a huge advantage.

I have a school/church function with my son on Sunday. Because my schedule has been so weird lately I've had to miss too many races. I am competing in the series through Rich.

My contribution is the powerplant. Rich provides the driving skills. I could tune his kart before the race. That way his camber, caster, toe, and widths will be totally f'ed up. I am confident he cannot drive a kart setup like mine.

The #19 came, saw, and conquered...pretty much the same story as all year. Way to go Rich and congrats again on your 2014 championship!
