Just a quick thing I discovered this afternoon
The bearings in the cheap Harbor Freight wheels we buy are the same bearings in the swiveling forks on the RLV stands. So when you spurge on your next set of $6.00 wheels save the bearing out of the old ones. They just tap out easily with a punch and hammer.

I assume this means your kart stand is fixed ? ;-)

I assume this means your kart stand is fixed ? ;-) No. He came to my house with a punch and hammer. I now have bearings and wheels laying in my driveway that I have to fix.

Its fixed but not as well as I would of liked. Took three wheel & tire combos I had sitting around and took the best tire of the three to fix the herniated tire that was on the stand. While I was doing that the ball bearings just fell out of one of the bearing races on the fork. Took the two best bearing of the six( we are not talking high quality here ) and put them on the fork shaft So Ron is partially correct. I did just show up with a hammer and punches and started banging on stuff
