I have to agree on the "good job by all" comment. I could not stop myself from watching the Main from the grandstands, and was really fun to watch all of the passing that takes place with the three classes going all at once.

Oh, and I forgot to give a special shoutout to John for posting his first win the in World Formula class. Way to go john! Of course, John "doesn't do" computers so he'll never see this. LOL Now that we've got a couple of these ALMSesque races under out belts they seem to be working out pretty well. Definitely adds a very cool element. It's too bad you discovered your break issue on the starting grid just before the main.  As you said, at least you had a great place to watch all the passing going on between the classes. What is everyone else's opinion on the mixed classes racing? |

I was hoping John was going stay where he was for another half second so I could get my front wheels past mid-pods on his kart. By the time I tired to back out it was a bit too late. Oh well, that's racing! |

I went through a hole? I thought I was on the track all the time, except when I drove off the track at turn 3 a couple of times.
That was a great day of racing. I was glad I was able to finally finish a race. Thanks to all who worked on my kart getting the fuel issue somewahat resolved. I guess skirting fuel on the competitiors behind me is not the way to go.
Having the clones running with us was also very. We just need to line up sooner (after turn 3) by actually stopping (or going really slow) to let them catch up for us to line up like on the grid. By the time we had one full speed practice lap they were a half a lap behind us. And then when wse tool around at 1/2 throtytle they are trying to catch up at full throttle. Having been in the back before, it is not much fun playing catch up. But it was a good session.

When I saw the turn one move I had deja vu. I did the same thing and landed on my head at the same spot. I hit the curb just "wrong" and flipped. I am glad you both made it out.

Hey Brad W, I think you should have given me turn 3 on the first lap. I decided not to run over the curb because I would have gotten loose and pushed you wide. It was an exciting moment. Also someone told me to stop losing the races on the first lap. In order to win I have to finsh.

I have to agree with you Ron. I left the line I usually take (over the curb) but that is when I'm by myself. That line does sometimes make you a tad loose which is why I didn't want to take it in traffic. Thanks for keeping us both safe.

My thanks go out to everyone, All you four cycle guys, who made this day happen. I would of never dreamed that racing and spending my day with you guys would be so must fun. Also what a great movie. besides being fun to watch its a great learning tool. Thanks you guys
