There are blanket references to the spec tire at the Gold Rush being YHC or YKC. Now I know F200 is supposed to be Burris, but has anyone heard if we can run YHC's in the Gold Rush? Do the techs know the rules for F200 and 4 cycle in general?

The F200 class rules require Burris tires, so no, you can't run Bridgestones. We have never had an issure with the tracks regarding the use of Burris tires.

I wasn't planning on running YHC's. That would require a change on my part, along with practice to figure out how they run on an F200.
I was just asking because I just saw the blanket statements regarding the YHC's and YKC, but they make no distinction with the F200 which is the only class running something other than YHC or YKC.
I know Dixon, Davis, and PC have held F200 races, but has Stockton and Atwater had F200 races? I would just hate to see someone come to the race and have an issue that we never had to deal with before.

Im of the belefe that the NFRA tecksitself for class specs, and tires. check with Paulskyrocks? What do I know?! Not much! What do I think? A lot, but it doesn't matter. I offered to tech, and nobody seemed to step up when I requested action. At this point, I figure nobody really cares, except to give it lip service, so I don't care either... In other words, I have yet to be in charge of tech, so I am not the guy to ask.

The blanket statement applies to the WKA or IKF classes that the club races. F200 is not one of them.
