Dixon Race Aug. 9th

I just ordered the rest of the parts I need to make the Dixon race on August 9th. I'm still not sure if I'm putting it on my old Emmick or Matt's old Top Kart. The Emmick needs body work, so it would be a lot easier to mount it on the Top Kart, just not sure on clearance with the fixed seat bracket.

So who all is coming to Dixon on the 9th? I talked to Sean Mills, he said he would come race, if we get everyone that entered the first one, that would make 9 clones with Sean and I. Has anyone talked to Luigi lately? That could make 10!

Hope to see you guys at PC this weekend, I'll be running Matt in HPV-2 or HPV-Feud as I like to call it! Cha ching!

I'll be there on the 9th Dan. I tested today at Dixon with Shawn. I came to the conclusion my motor isn't very fast :-(

If you take the muffler off if goes WAY better. I had my first off into the dirt today as well, which was fun. Tires work better hot than cold !

I'll also be at PC this weekend ... mowing to happiness.

All my bits came today, I just need chain and a sprocket for dixon, providing the motor goes on the Top Kart OK. I'm taking the next couple days off to get the karts ready. We also have a friend of Matt's that will be racing Jr. Superbox with Matt in our old CRG. I'll have my 20' tent, that end of the paddock going to be crowded with mowers!

Anyone have a spare kart stand we can borrow?

I have an extra non-rolling stand if that works for you. It spent a lot of years in the barn so is a bit crusty.

Hi Brad, thanks for the offer, but I don't think I'll have my kart ready, Apparently when my trailer was broken into, they stole my stock clone. I could try and put my modded clone back to stock, but I'm not even sure where the stock pieces are.
