Karl and I will be there, the only thing is that we will be pitted in the back 40! I have my son's HPV and the BSP's all in a 30 foot trailer. So we will be there but we will be far away......
See you this weekend. I am planing on getting the trailer there on Friday.

PV, that list is only the folks who asked that I try and reserve a spot for them. Scott, if you want me to get you a spot let me know. I know you usually pit with those guys in the back 40 but we'd love to have you join us if you'd like.
Jason, glad to hear you and Karl will be out there. You sure you don't want to pit with us? I'm sure we can somehow manage to get a 30' trailer in a 10'X10' spot. LOL

Major pit spot scorage.... Gary and Vic were nice as could be as I was staking out what seemed to be half the pits. ;D When you come into the track you will notice the Kartel compound (complete with flag, banners, huge easyup on steroids that must take up at least 6 pits spots) setup in the middle of the pits. We have pretty much all of the interior pits spots to the right of them as you are looking at the pits from the front gate. So here is what we've got. The number following your name is the EXTERIOR pit spot you are across from. Paul 48 (I reserved this one for you Paul because it is at the end which should make getting your stuff off your trailer easier) Randy 50 Ron 37 Puddles 38 Pat 46 Dean 44 Brad 42 Luis 40 Duffy 45 Mike 43 John 41 Simon 39 Duffy, I know you said you only needed two spots but I got you guys 3 anyway. 3 karts and 5 or 6 people can be a little cramped in 2 spots. I believe we should have a total of 16 four cycles out there on Sunday! That is the largest kart count for four cycles we've ever had (by at least 3 or 4) and it should be a hoot!

Did Gary say how he was running (F200, WF, Clones) together separated by time, separate, or together but separated by class?

I know he IS planning on running all the 4 strokes together. I totally forgot to ask him how he plans on gridding us. I did ask that question in the email I sent documenting pit spots. As soon as I know I'll let ya know.

Vicki just confirmed that they will grid us however we'd like. I asked that we be gridded based on qualifying time. Now, whether that actually happens or not I can't say. She did ask that I remind her when I'm there tomorrow as she works on the grid sheets.

Hey thats great Brad, Thank You so much. now all I need to know is what I need to do on Sunday when I arrive at the track. Will I be able to get semi close to the pit area to unload??. Thanks again Brad.. Dean No problem Dean. Glad to have you and Pat out there with your WFs On race day you want to try and get there early so you can unload. At PC I usually shoot for 7am so I can drive onto the pits and unload. Tomorrow, given how d**n crowded it is out there already, I'm planning on being there at 6:45. If you guys haven't registered yet you most likely will have to do so before you be able to get through the front gate. Since registration won't open up till 7 (across from the front gate) I'm not sure getting there earlier than 7 will do much good. However, for THIS race they may let you come in, drop off your stuff and then go back out and register. Not sure about that. Anyway, whenever you do make it through the gate, you will hopefully be able to drive up right next to your spots, drop off your stuff, and then go park across the street. Once you get unloaded and registered try and get your karts teched as soon as possible. Otherwise the tech line can stretch to 30-40+ karts. Oh, the front gate at that time of the morning will most likely be locked unless someone has just gone through. It you are stuck out there press # (or maybe *, I can't ever remember lol) and then 5454. That code should get you through the gate. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Everything is loaded and ready to go. Unfortunately my back left before me. I can barely walk, and I am in pain just sitting down. Unless something miraculous happens by tomorrow morning I will not be racing.
Maybe I will come out and watch at some point during the day.
