What is the race schedule for tomorrow? Unfortunately I wont be able to race but I wanted to take my son out there tomorrow and watch you guys. We wanted to watch the kid karts and the clones. I know qualifying is supposed to start at 9am when does the racing start?
Thanks for the info, hope to see you out there.

Hello Ben, If I have this right last time we had the qualifying and heat race before lunch and the main race 10 or 12 laps right after lunch, But with the day lite hours changing to tell you the truth I'm not sure. The boys ( My son's ) are out there right now, and maybe Mike can tell us more later today if he knows. See you at the races, Duffy #48

Remember we have been doing Practice, Qualifying, Heat 1, Heat 2, and Main. I think the lunch was between heats. Last time we were done around 3-4.
More laps and less time at the track, along with luch, pinata (I think) for the kids, and few raffle prizes.
Can you tell I learned how to underline stuff.

Sunday was a really great race at the Blue Max Track in DAVIS. My family had a allot of fun, The race was run backwards on the track, What a day we had, Seen allot happen with all the races. But the best thing of all was seeing all the 4 cycle racers there together racing. I think we had the biggest class and most karts on the track at one time. Hi-5 to the NFRA and all the 4 cycle Pilots. Yep we had a fun time, Thanks Blue Max. We will see you again.

I so wanted to be on the track with you guys but I know my back would not take it. The NFRA, F200, WF, and Clones all put on a great show, and Blue Max is so glad that you made it to race with us.
I had to go on the grid and help start and line up the karts because I could not stay away from the roaring thunder. It brings back the days of wrenching at the drag strip. Although most people recognize the sound of the engines, it's the feel of the kart's rumbling that I love.

I too had a great time racing with everyone. Lots of great, close battles (sometimes too close) and once again, that good old fashioned NFRA comraderie and helping hand to all racers that you've come to know and appreciate. Congrats to Scoots for driving better than me yesterday and taking the well deserved win. And welcome to Anton into the F200 fold and congrats on his 2nd place finish. And once again, thanks Ron for everything bud! You Rock! Peace everybody and see you at Dixon in 2 weeks! -PaulV #99

Many times we just come through tech and get ignored because we are not 2 cycle. I did see Terry Ives checking karts, what did he tech?

I had fun with the family watching you guys run. So who won the classes? The results are mixed together and I am still learning names. I plan to be out there next year for sure.
I was curious what lap times the clone guys are running as did go out and practice and play around and I wanted to see if my laps were in the ball park.
Looked like you guys had a lot of fun, great group of people. thanks for the info,
Ben

Ben, go to mylaps and you can find results with lap times from the event. www.mylaps.com/results/showevent.jsp?id=487835A little tip - at the top of the charts on the right click on "show results by class" and the F-200, World Formula and Clone classes will be grouped individually.

They finished in order by F200, WF, and Clone:
F200 1st Place Smith, Scott (best time 36.97) F200 2nd Place Barth, Anthon (best time 37.067) F200 3rd Place Viacrucis, Paul (best time 37.038)
World Formula 1st Place Wunder, Brad (best time 37.474)
Clone 1st Place Abshire, Jereme (best time 39.647) Clone 2nd Place Cleeton, Karl (best time 40.183) Clone 3rd Place Sisemore, Ryan (best time 40.103)
Don't just look at times on track to see how you do. My lap times are consistently 2 seconds slower when I am not racing, or just qualifying. When I am racing with someone it gets better. And it's more fun.
