I don't think any of us here are Prairie City members anymore, so I will contact them and find out.

OK, I talked to Joey Hand's dad over at Kartel, it was his idea. He is still chasing the details, so there is time to give him feedback on what we would like to see this race develop as, and to potentially become an annual event at Prarie City. What he has figured out so far: 1) It is a charity race. Benefits go to the Austin Hatcher Foundation ( www.hatcherfoundation.org/ ) 2) I convinced him to use Dixon's rule set. 3) Sat Practice / Sun Race. 4) There will be a BBQ Sat night, sponsored by the Scribners. 5) Senior clone only. Juniors will be HPV 1 & 2 That's all he has dialed in so far, and he is VERY open to input about the remaining details. Personally I am gonna get me a clone motor just for this race. Let's consolidate additional ideas if any here in this thread, and I will fwd to Mr. Hand.

I talked to Les about it today, he is open for input from the clone racers. I did mention that more laps might not be better given the average age of the clone racer (My opinion). Maybe go way back to the old 3 heat IKF moto cross scoring with the 2nd heat inverted? That could be FUN!

Dan; What do you mean average age? I'm only 60. I was at PC this weekend and did about 50 laps and felt like I did 150. Still looking for a sale on Bengay.

Royce, I'm impressed! I'm just a youngster at 51 and after a 15 lap main they have to administer oxygen, peel my fingers off the steering wheel and use a motor lift to get me out of the kart! See you at the races!
