We have been doing a lot of traveling this year. While testing at the different tracks, I have seen 1 or 2 Jr's in clones at nearly every track we have been to. When I first had the idea for a clone class, it was for Jr. II. I know that Les Hand is aggressively trying to promote a Jr. Clone class at PC, he would be someone I would get in contact with. I think NFRA might be the perfect fit for a Jr. Clone class, there does not seem to be any one track that is a hotbed of Jr. Clones right now. Build it and they will come!
Personally, I think a clone Jr. II class should be run without a restrictor at 310-320 lbs.

I have a 9 year old who has shown some interest. I am going to go ahead and build a cadet clone and will be taking him to Dixon. Our local track, Infineon I am sure would be the very last to adopt such a class!
I am very aware of having an unraceable 4-stroke kart - although I really hope there will be something for him (unlike me...)

OK, just picked up my cadet chassis and am about to cut off the fixed seat tube and mount a clamp-on one while I am waiting for the ARC clone to arrive (backordered!!). I hope the junior side picks up!! My son is psyched now he's seen it coming together.
