it is looking really good... A lot of vendors/buyers are happy that it will be indoors in a heated/cooled showroom. Many people are already scoping out areas set up.

The location of the Davis swap meet has moved, due to good weather being forecasted this weekend the swap meet will be held at the Blue Max Kart Club track. See you there. (Saturday the 8th)

It was COLD!! Reasonably well attended. Not bad deals on rollers and karts/parts. I sold a fair amount of stuff and spent all that money on a roller my son to do clones  Just wished they had turned up the heat a little! ;D |

I did get to meet our newest F200 driver (Don) but I lost him before I could introduce him to Leo. Next year I am taking a crock pot of hot chili, prolly make $200 bucks (donated to the club of course). Couple folks went and tried out a couple of TaG karts, and discovered that YKCs that cold absolutely do not grip, and off track exursions are followed by a splat!

Hello, I was at the swap meet for an hour or so. I talked to Brad 42 and others about the kart I bought from Paul. I talked to Dan Pellizarri from Shasta Kart club today at lunch time and he is going to Laguna Seca on the 29th. I looked on the website and they are allowing 120 entries, there is about 60 signed up now, 30/class maximum on the track. I might go down there with him he is taking 1 world formula kart. I will not take my kart, I am not ready for that track even though it could be a once in a life time chance to run that course.
Does anybody know the Blue Max club meeting start time this thursday?
Hot chocolate and chili sounds good to me for next year!
