Clone Fuel Rule?

The Blue Max Kart Club website says:

"Spec fuel for the 2010 racing season at the Blue Max Kart Club will be Sunoco GTX 260, 98 Octane with a specific gravity of 0.763. There is no oxygen, it is unleaded, and it does not contain MMT..."

Are we (cloners) required to use this fuel?
Do we have to buy it at the track?

I have been running plain old regular unleaded (87 octane I think). Can I just continue to use this?

They forget about the 4cycle exception. Only 2 cycles run on that stuff (it is 10 bux a gallon).
All 4 cycles run on unaltered pump gas. For a clone 87 octane "regular" is best.
