I'm guessing there have been informal discussions about the options for how we get our NFRA season started having been rained out on our first 2 races and the next scheduled race not until May, I'll throw my 2 cents in. The April options look like:
04/03/11 - Dixon X-over 04/10/11 - Davis Club Race #3 (Pre Outlaw Race)
The Dixon date might be short notice for some (but I'm up for it if everyone else is), or, why don't we shoot for the 4/10 date at Davis ?

I like both options so whatever the decision is is good. Better than waiting another month.

I already plan to run the Davis Club race anyway. But I could run the earlier Dixon race too!

I am planning on running the Davis race on 4/10 since I am a member. I am hoping to get some practise in this coming friday-sunday weather depending at Davis.

There was discussion after racing yesterday at RPM about joining Davis for the 4/10 race. It won't be backwards as it is a pre-Outlaw race but it will be fun!

I have Little League with my two boys on two separate teams on April 10, 2011. I will not attend unless I can work something out to show up late and race the Main.

Yes I think the consensus was to run the 4-10-11 race at Davis. We still need to pick another date for Dixon to make up for the first rain date.
Ron, if you can get your stuff to the track on 4-10-11 we'll make sure you get taken care of. We can get you registered, see about getting us scheduled as the last class etc. Are you sure you wouldn't mind missing practice, qualifying and the heat race?

Hmm, Friday you say. I might be up for that. Would love to get some shared track time but not at the weekends (just crazy with little league games/parades postponed from last week).
BTW Got you bumper fixed on - looks GREAT! Just moving the steering wheel back 3/4" and tilting it a bit and I'll be ready for Friday for sure.
I've got a wrist-band I paid for at the swap-meet but was unable to use it since I got put in with the shifters but I had to leave at 11:45am - do you think I can use that as credit for Dixon???

I don't mind missing practice, qualifying, and heat. If we are running WF/F200, and the clones separate it's not that big of a deal. I will see what I can do. If I get it there in the morning, it can just sit in the corner until I get there. I can practice this weekend or take some time to get set up. Remember I raced my first F200 race without ever sitting in the kart.

This coming weekend is the last open one until after Mother's Day so Stockton looks to be race #1 for me.

Cool.. DUH..I Just realised the crossover is this weekend so I imagine there will be a few people there, we'll have to see how the fees go. Jess is usually pretty cool about it though.

Tom, will you have a bumper with you. Or can we make arrangements for me to pick one up sometime this weekend. I can meet you at Dixon, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in the afternoons, just let me know. I am getting big time backlogged with work and Little League, but need the bumper so I don't have to make a cram replacement on a race day when I am not there anyway.
