Hey guys, I'm working in my sons 2008 Emmick bumper. It has those compression fittings and I can't get the bumper off. Any suggestions to get the fitting off?

Yea some are a real pain, as they were never designed to be taken off, there actually glued in there, I take it the nut or allen head bolt is just spinning, best bet is to just take the torch get the frame hot and beat it out, try not to get it too hot and destroy the expansion plugs as your going to need them again with your new bumper, once out you can remove the lock nut on the back side and replace with a non locking, as you may need replace that bumper at some point and don't want to go through that again.
