Are you guys running a return line to the tank off a tee between the fuel pump and carb? How does this help or hinder?
Thanks

I know when I was running a F200 I didn't have a return line. Not sure what every one else is doing.

Fairly common setup on 2 strokes. I have not done it because the darn thing works wihout it, and if it ain't broke don't fix it. If your new Kohler came set up that way I'd keep it, if not then don't worry about it.

No, it didn't come set up with a return, so I guess it probably doesn't need it...

Return is not really necessary. Won't hurt but its a waste of tubing and ty-wraps! Don't forget to safety-wire your fuel line. Helps prevent unwanted air in the lines.
