Good ideas. And without the need for fines KC is further simplied. It becomes a chronicle of the mayhem that occurs over the course of a season. Are you saying I cause mayhem, or are you pointing fingers at the number 29 (19) kart. ;D

Vicarious liability flows from the agent (end user) back to the owner, not the other way around. To misconstrue the facts so wildly, while innocent victims are facing confiscation of hard earned money in the wake of biased, vague, ambiguous, and unintelligible charges can not go on unchecked. There needs to be some clarity when charges are brought, not to be altered on the day the charges are presented in court at the whim of the Judge. What a minute........................., is NOT the driver of #47 supposed to be the Judge. He is the sitting president. I recommend a system for appeals and petitions for writs of mandate. I hearby submit an appeal of all charges and dispositions to Judge #47. I also submit a Petition for Writ of Mandate seeking an Order to summarily dismiss all charges and verdits as being contrary to the rules of the NFRA KC becase the presiding Judge, was not in fact the Judge. Sit down #9. ;D First off, I've got 3 words for ya Ron....blah blah blah! Second, vicarious vehicle ineptitude is NOT the same as vicarious liability, jeez. What are they teaching you kids in law school these days. ;D Lastly, I've yer writ righhhhhhht here Mr.! Oh, and anybody can be the judge. Well, except you if you don't know the difference between a VVI and a VL! So Sit down #90. ;D ;D It's time we applied some lean principles to streamline the process. Due process: All individuals accused are found guilty. Sentencing: Court will determine Major or Minor offense. Fines: Per current structure up to total of $40 afterwhich the sentence will be suspended. Bottom line: everyone chips in $40 towards awards/banquet. The hell with principles! Seems to me the current structure is just fine. While leaning things out might make things more straightforward, we've always tried avoid any sort of fees to belong to the group. Do we want to start doing that now? Plus even if Ron averages a minor a race that is still less than $25 for the year. And who says everyone is guilty? Just the past race I was acquitted of a charge (clearly the process is working properly). Sure it was on a technicality, but still....the way I look at it, if you can't argue your position effectively, THEN you deserve to be found guilty (no, I'm not looking at you Ron...ok, maybe I am.... hehehe) End of season points, 1-2 place capped at $30 each End of season points, 3-4 place, capped at $35 each End of season points, 5-6 place, capped at $25 each End of season points, 7-8 place, capped at $20 each End of season points, 9-10 place, capped at $15 each End of season points, 11-12 place, capped at $10 each If we have a 7 kart field at the end of the season that would be $35+$35+$30+$30+$25+$25+$20=$200. Oh Lord, THAT is straightforward. Jeez, Ron are you negotiating a settlement or WHAT!? ;D

It was only a small shove from behind to a slower kart thru the corner this weekend Oh nicccccce.... Did you not hear where I gave you credit for having a faster kart during the after race interview piped alllll across the pits though the PA system? And I didn't even add that if I had even a half way decent handling kart ( you did comment that you could see me bouncing through the corners, right?) I would have had at least a straightaway on ya. Funny how even a slower kart can still manage to win a race (and heat, and qualifying...) NOW I know the season has officially commenced...the S-talking has begun! BTW, congrats on your fastest lap. Looks like you are the new track record holder. <bow>

While going through that with the tech official, Rich and I graciously moved on through scales without tech (being the gentlemen that we are). Now you slam us in the forum. Oh its ONNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D
