I forgot to turn on the camera for heat 1, but everything else is here. I didn't have a great weekend, but wasn't well prepared, so dug my own grave. The 2 highlights were that I seem to be able to gain 30 feet into the hairpin every lap, and we found a good Mexican restaurant with killer margaritas, otherwise my kart felt like I left the e-brake on all weekend .... oh yes, that did happen in real life as well ;-) www.youtube.com/watch?v=ke8JkKyjQu0 |

Nice job (as always  ) on the video. Nice pass on lap 1 of the main Rich. Scott had some tough luck in the main. Sorry you had a bad weekend Simon. I'm sure we all can relate.  Yes the emergency brake was an issue. Hmmmm, If a guy drives another guy's vehicle to load up on Margies and mexican food, and he leaves the emergency brake on, scares the crap out of the first guy because of all the strange noises (that he has NEVER heard in 12 years) emanating out of his vehicle, it would seem like prime LC fodder don't ya think? Ahhhh but there is more! Without thinking too hard I'm pretty sure there was a GVI (3 witnesses), WED and an ITM (on video) at least...stay tuned for details!! ;D |

I took a quick peek at the first Atwater race and the second Atwater race on MyLaps. We were 1- 1 1/2 seconds quicker this time. Before we were in the 37s-38s, and this time we were 36s-37s. I guess a little practice does help. We are not that far off the Animal pace.

Great race weekend. I have got my two videos up and running. I also forgot to turn on my camera for the first heat. I have left both race separate and complete. For the second heat 95% of all the racing is in my cameras view. I just follow Simon around and around. The one time he goes wide the Animal kart is between us. Not only have attempted to try these charges in the press but you have not even filed them in the correct court( forum ) By hinting at so far unsubstantiated evidence you have poisoned the jury pool. With this hearsay released with out due process in the courts where could we find impartial jurors in our small, greasy, sunburned, beer soaked, and disgruntle public at large. You sir have done a great disservice to the as of so far unconvicted accused |

Rich, as you will find in the KC mission statement (found here norcal4cycle.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=kc&action=display&thread=421), it is stated quite clearly that "Statements from witnesses are welcomed and encouraged. Nothing like swaying the court of public opinion before the defendant has an opportunity to defend him/herself." Perhaps a quick read-through would be helpful??  I am currently unable to file charges. The court has been notified of a troubling, and quite sad, trend developing at NFRA races. NDAs preclude me from going into details at this time. I am able to say that wording is being finalized that will hopefully address this issue. I've also heard the new infraction will be known as EW. I am unsure what it stands for. Once I see the official update you can be assured the appropriate actions will be taken.  ;D Nice videos Rich! Why do you always start in the outside row??  Ah crap, did I just blow my NDA? |
