So ? How did our intrepid racers fare up and down the hills of Thunderhill ? Anyone do any driving 'crazy' ?

Rich, don't you need to share something with the group....  As far as the results go, I won the first race and DNF the second. Chris won the second race. Rich was leading the first race until about 100 feet from the finish line.... He got a DNS for the second race. Hence my comment at the beginning of the message. ;D |

BREAKING NEWS
The crew chief of the Arrow Racing WF #19 has been fired. Unconfirmed reports are that a float bowl was put in upside down which caused the #19 to be left sitting against the wall at the start of the second race. No fuel ever made it to the carb due to this gross mistake on the #19 mechanical team
Unconfirmed video shows the entire field taking off and the driver of the #19 just shaking is head. Can not confirm that the driver kept his helmet closed to hide his tears of disappointment

Boy, and I thought the CC of the 9 had another off day. Unconfirmed reports suggest (note KC, these are totally UNCONFIRMED reports) he forgot to put his oil drain plug back in before refilling after the first session. At least the 2-3 ozs that quickly exited the motor landed harmlessly in the oil catch pan so there were no spills.
