Hi guys, Our next race is on September 6th (yes a Saturday) over the hill in Reno. Who's going ? I know after last year's season finally dissolved into a huge and expensive crash fest in Reno, we all vowed that we race in a separate class this year. To that end, it's important that we get an accurate WF kart count so that I can plead my case with the good folks at NNKC to try and get our own class. Lemme know what you're all thinking ! I am going. May be a early Sat morning drive up due to a promised Diner date and wine tasting with the wife.
Is anybody else going to be there?
My shop is open for repairs
Brad, bring that frame in and we will get it welded up
Ron, we can straighten that front end
Only chance at Reno this year!

Ok, I will make a deal with you Jeff. You get at least one other fellow SKC racer to come up with you and I will buy your tires from you. Almost pays for the trip doesn't it?
I'm trying to get out of the wine tasting thing. Major negotiations going on at home

I am planning on attending. I am trying to clear my Saturday. Sunday I have baseball starting again for Fall Ball. It is a Sunday game, so don't beat me up on Saturday.

Unfortunately I can't make the race this weekend, which is a bummer as Reno is one of my favorite tracks. I have to go and entertain people with my tragic bass playing skills, which makes a change from entertaining people with my tragic driving skills.
Having said that I fully intend to race Dixon, Davis and Atwater as I'll be out of throwaways after this weekend.
I'll shoot Brian an email letting him know the expected numbers and see what can be done to isolate the WFs from the clones.
Scott ... I have a really weird looking motor in a box in my trailer for you.

OK GUYS NO WILLIE. I HAVE HELL OF A TIME GETTING THESE BOYS TO LEAVE HOME. MAYBE THEY GET HOMESICK AT SHASTA. PLANS TO LEAVE TOMORROW AFTERNOON. ANYBODY ELSE?
